Apple - The iPad maker's stock continued to edge lower in extended-hours trading after selling off more than 2 percent in the regular trading session, piercing below its 50-day moving average of $585 a share. AIG - The Treasury department announced a public offering of AIG common stocks . The total size and price of the offering was not yet determined, but AIG said it is committed to take $2 billion of the offering sold at the IPO price.
